Livesteez is reporting that around 3yrs ago Suge was robbed and dumped on at Yay’s party, he is filing a lawsuit against Kanye for the lost jewelry:

Former Hip-Hop mogul Suge Knight is suing rapper/producer Kanye West, blaming the Chicago superstar for damages that resulted from a nightclub shooting three years ago. In August 2005, Knight was shot in the right leg at Kanye’s pre-MTV Video Music Awards party at the Shore Club, located in Miami. Initially some speculated that Knight accidentally shot himself, but that claim was later refuted after eyewitnesses confirmed that at least six shots were fired during the incident. The assailant was never apprehended. Knight, who sought bankruptcy protection in 2006, filed the lawsuit against Kanye West on October 30. In it, Knight claims West is culpable in the crime since the shooter was able to get past the party’s security with a deadly weapon, according to AllHipHop.com. Additionally, Knight alleges that he not only suffered blood loss, but also lost a diamond stud earring valued at $135,000, and had to take a private jet back to California. Knight is seeking damages from West which includes medical expenses from the shooting and mental anguish for “the loss of use and enjoyment of the earring.” While Knight is still under bankruptcy protection, the courts have allowed him to retain a portion of any proceeds awarded from the lawsuit.

When the checks stop coming in, you have to get creative and find different come up’s. This suit might be a cut and dry chance for stacks that he missed previously, but his licentious @ss will probably get the finger from the judge.

Yep, that’s Amil, the artist who used to be Jay-Z’s play thing, and the images you see appear to be Glamour Shots from her MySpace page. The good hair and “I got Indian in my family” look probably did wonders for her stacks back then, but I think it is safe to assume the shopping sprees have come to a screeching halt. SMH

Obama’s aunt is living in the “jects” in Boston as an illegal immigrant and the Obama campaign recently returned her little $200 donation to his campaign:

Barack Obama’s White House campaign said Saturday it was returning a small donation from his Boston-based Kenyan aunt after questions were raised over her US immigration status.

Aides said Obama had not been in touch with his late father’s sister, Zeituni Onyango, 56, for at least four years, and questioned reporting about her residency status so close to Tuesday’s election against Republican John McCain.Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt said the campaign was returning 265 dollars donated by the aunt to her nephew’s White House bid.Foreigners cannot donate money to US presidential candidates. But aides refused to say whether returning the money was an acknowledgement that the aunt was an illegal alien.

“Given the information that has been brought to our attention, the contributions are being refunded,” LaBolt said in a statement, without elaborating.Obama’s chief strategist David Axelrod would not comment on the aunt’s immigration status but said Obama last met her for sure at his Senate inauguration ceremony in 2004.

“It’s not a real close relationship. They have not been in close touch,” he told reporters after Obama addressed 15,000 supporters in Henderson, Nevada.

Someone needs to pass poor Zeituni some stacks, she shouldn’t be living in the jects.

Oprah is living out Biggie’s famous words. Livesteez is reporting that another nut job is trying to sue her, this time for $180 million:

Media Mogul Oprah Winfrey is being sued by a Louisiana man for $180 million, after claims the popular talk show host gave false statements to the FBI, which led to his being arrested in 2006. Keifer Bonvillain says that he was wrongfully accused of attempting to extort Winfrey. Bonvillain was arrested in December at his home in Houma, after allegedly recording a phone conversation with one of Winfrey’s production company employees and saying he wanted to publish a book using the information from the recorded material, as reported by Vibe.com.

We do not know what gave Guy the interpretation that Hollyweird’s debauchery queen, would be able to change. Her stuff hangs outside her her panties, and she is calling him cruel? He better get that money. You know if the tables were turned she would rape him.

Child support rears its ugly head again for Evander Holyfield:

46-year-old Evander Holyfield is trying to get back into the ring for a final payday, and maybe this is why — he’s got to pay thousands in child support or face jail time. That’s the knockout punch his baby mama, Toi Irvin, could deliver next week when the ex-champ goes into court to explain why he hasn’t paid up like he was ordered to on September. 1. Irvin’s lawyer, Randy Kessler, says he’s going to make him pay for the ex-couple’s 11-year-old kid — or ask the judge to toss him into the clink. Holyfield made a reported $248 million during his career but has been less than liquid — so he says — of late.

All that paper, and nothing to show for it but a gang of debt and illegitimate children to pay for…This baby’s mom has been threatening to lock his ass up since July, Evander better cough up that dough.

Hopefully Tim Montgomery’s conviction is the final chapter to this family’s tragic tale. He just received 5 yrs for moving work:

“I was blind — I never had a job in my life,” Montgomery explained to U.S. District Judge Jerome B. Friedman. “I did the wrong thing.”

The one-time Olympic sprinter, 33, will serve the five-year sentence after he completes a 46-month prison term on an unrelated conviction in New York, reports the Associated Press. Under an agreement with the government, he entered a guilty plea in July to possession and distribution of more than 100 grams of heroin and received the minimum term under federal sentencing guidelines. In April, Montgomery was arrested on the heroin charge one month after he was sentenced to nearly four years in prison for his role in a New York-based check-kiting conspiracy. Montgomery’s heroin prosecution is based on four drug sales he made in 2007 and 2008 in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. A Drug Enforcement Agency informant made buys that were either electronically videotaped, tape-recorded or witnessed by agents, according to court records. Montgomery’s Olympic gold medal in the 400-meter relay at the 2000 Summer Games and silver in the same event four years earlier, as well as his world-record 9.78-second performance in the 100-meter dash, were all wiped from the books after he was linked to the investigation of BALCO, the West Coast lab at the center of the steroid scandal in sports. He also was banned from track for two years.

Star Jones is cleaning out her closet, first to go was gold-digging Gaylord, Al Reynolds, now it’s her old team on the view:

Between Barbara Wah-Wah’s antique ass and Elisabeth Hasselbeth’s mentally challenged chatter, we’re sure that it must have been nastier than a hobo’s feet behind the scenes. Gaylord Al still needs to get a new hustle, his gravy train left a long time ago. That fairy needs a j-o-b!
