Schwing! Is Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez, hitting this? According to reports, she was spotted leaving his Miami crib.

The super-fit blonde seen leaving the Yankee player’s Miami pad is Ella Magers, a fitness trainer and nutritionist, Page Six can reveal. And lucky for A-Rod, shouldering much of the blame for the Yankees pitiful postseason, she’s also a fully fledged life coach, specializing in counseling.

Magers’ Web site says she’s a longtime fitness pro, has appeared on CBS health reports and in videos for Crunch Boot Camp and, more notably, appeared on the Brazil Butt Lift workout video. Online photos show her looking stunning in a bikini, and one site pictures her expertly dangling upside down on a pole.

Miami Beach-based Magers, who in 2007 was a Fame Fitness World Championship winner, is described on her site as “a Muay Thai kickboxer who has trained with world champions … She specializes in fuctional and core training, strength and conditioning, nutrition counseling and wellness coaching.”

Despite fitting the description of A-Rod’s ideal woman — many of his exes including ex-wife Cynthia Rodriguez, Madonna and Cameron Diaz were blond fitness buffs — sources close to him insist Magers is “not a girlfriend. Ella Magers is a nutritionist and a trainer and she has six Major League Baseball clients. She helps Alex with nutrition and some physical training. She works very closely with Alex’s chef. Ella is highly regarded among professional athletes.”

The source said Magers is helping Alex focus on next season: “He continues to work aggressively on his fitness. He plans on getting back to peak performance following his injuries.”

As for Diaz, the source said, “Cameron will always be a good friend. She took a sincere interest in both Alex’s personal and professional life.”

Rumor has it that “Basketball Wives” Jennifer Williams had her eye on some fresh meat while visiting Chi-town this week. But did the young athlete in question return the admiration?

Celebrity hotspot Tavern on Rush was the place to be Wednesday evening as multiple celebs were spotted dining at the acclaimed restaurant. VH1 ‘Basketball Wives’ stars Jennifer Williams and Evelyn Lozada were spotted enjoying a lavish meal with drinks at Tavern and were later spotted strolling around the Triangle. My exclusive source states that Williams (who is newly single) tried her best to grab the attention of star 25-year-old NY Yankees player Ivan Nova who was sightseeing in town with his parents. Although the reality star tried her best to woo the player in a pair of barely there jean shorts. The only thing that MLB player gave out was his autograph and a cold shoulder. Ouch!

Damn. Poor Jenn.

Ex-Yankee Hideki Irabu, who George Steinbrenner once referred to as a “fat pu**y toad” was found dead Thursday in his California home. He was 42-years-old.

According to TMZ reports:

Former New York Yankees pitcher Hideki Irabu was found dead yesterday in his California home — and law enforcement sources tell TMZ, it appears he committed suicide by hanging himself. We’re told a friend found him.

L.A. County Coroner is still trying to locate next of kin.

Hideki played for the Yankees, Expos, and Rangers — last pitching in the big leagues in 2002. He won World Series rings with the Yanks in 1998 and 1999.

Seems that things had been very rough for Irabu in the last few years. The baseballer was arrested in Tokyo in 2008 for assault, when he smashed several bottles of liquor and attacked a bartender after his credit card was rejected. Irabu reportedly drank 20 mugs of beer before the incident. Last May police arrested him in Gardena, CA for drunk driving.

Poor thang.

R.I.P. Hideki

After weeks of trying to get a deal done it looks like the New York Yankees and star shortstop Derek Jeter are about to break bread!

“That’s getting wrapped up,” an industry source acknowledged.

The Yankees upped their original offer to Jeter, three years and $45 million, on Thursday. It is believed the Yankees added $2 million to $3 million a year to the pot. There has been talk of a fourth year, but that would likely be tied to a vesting option.

That resulted in Casey Close, Jeter’s agent, talking to Yankees brass yesterday.

Following Tuesday night’s face-to-face meeting in Tampa, Jeter’s camp had the most distance to travel, since the Yankees knew Jeter was looking for a four- or five-year deal for $23 million per — something the Yankees were not interested in doing.

As many wins and rings that Jeter helped them get, not to mention the money from merchandise, they better give that mas some “ackrite”

Perhaps no one was more emotional than Alex Rodriguez, who cried during the trophy presentation and greeted several teammates with emotional embraces. “He’s been through a lot,” general manager Brian Cashman said. “The only thing missing was a World Series championship.”
