Chris Bosh Selling California Compound For $14.5 Million
Two-time NBA champion Chris Bosh, who just re-signed with the Miami Heat despite a more-famous former teammate’s departure earlier this month, will be making big changes on the court in his new role for the team—and he’s also making a big change in life, listing his palatial Pacific Palisades playground for $14.5 million.
The home, which sports six bedrooms and eight full baths, is spread out over about 11,000 square feet and is more of a resort than a mere house.
Let’s start with the outside, shall we?
This wonderland-esque home is nestled atop a hillside in Pacific Palisades amongst mature palms and natural flora while commanding epically beautiful views of both the mountains and the ocean—even if it offered nothing else, the view would be reason enough to live here.
To make gazing out over Southern California below even more glorious and lovely, the home’s dazzling infinity-edge pool with its center “relaxation island”—because everyone needs one of those, right?—is there to help.
If you feel the scenery is too much to bear and you have to take a break from the spectacle of it all, you can wade over to your very own swim-up bar and find something to soothe your senses.
(And we haven’t even gone inside the house yet.)
The kitchen in this place is a dream. It’s the sort of culinary preparation room that makes the heart rates of home chefs accelerate: glittering granite-slab countertops, custom-built natural cherry cabinetry, dual commercial-grade ovens, two commercial-grade gas cooktops and a pizza oven make us all salivate.
You may remember this house from an earlier post we did, but these new detailed photos give you a better idea of how the Bosh’s are livin’ out west.
Turn it over to have a look.
