Chad Johnson apparently had a moment of clarity and admitted that his 2012 domestic violence incident with Evelyn Lozada ultimately put the nail in the coffin of his career.
The former Miami dolphin turned professional Twitter honey had a moment of nostalgia for throwback Thursday this week and reflected on when he went to jail for headbutting his ex-wife.
“3 seconds of anger cost me a lifetimes worth of work,” he captioned the below photo of him all decked out in his jailhouse attire.
