Nebraska Man Dives Drunk With 100 Chickens And Carcasses In Car
A Nebraska man apparently got so slizzed that he drove drunk with a mix of 100 living and dead chickens chilling in his SUV.
A man convicted of drunken driving with more than 100 chickens in his sport utility vehicle has been sentenced to 180 days in jail.
Luis M. Motola-Palacio, 36, was sentenced in Hall County District Court to 180 days in jail for second-offense driving under the influence and cruelty to livestock.
He also was ordered not to drive for 15 years and was fined $100.
The charges were filed after Motola-Palacio was stopped on Jan. 31 in Grand Island for driving without headlights.
The officer found more than 100 chickens in the back of the 2004 Nissan SUV.
Nearly half of the birds were dead. The remaining chickens were taken to the Central Nebraska Humane Society and were eventually sent to two farms.
15 YEARS of no driving???? Damn homie.
