Australian Mom Admits Sending Lewd Photos Of Her Daughters To Dance Teacher
We can’t even imagine this, but we’re sure it happens all the time. An Australian woman gave into her daughters’ dance instructor’s perversion to “help” them advance in dance.
According to NY Daily News reports:
A 42-year-old woman told an Australian court that she sent pictures of her daughters, both under 14 years old, posing in G-strings to their dance instructor to advance their careers.
The mother told the Sydney District Court that she felt “ashamed and embarrassed” for sharing the illicit snapshots of her daughters with their teacher, Grant Davies — who is facing a battery of child sex abuse charges, the Daily Telegraph reported.
The woman, who was not named to protect the identity of her children, has pleaded guilty to four charges of producing and disseminating child abuse material.
During her court appearance, the mother claimed she “knew it wasn’t right, but I didn’t know how to stop it” once she began sending the pictures to the 40-year-old Davies, the co-director of RG Dance at Chiswhick, which has since closed.
She said her and her daughters were scared of the pervy instructor, whose students often performed in major productions and traveled overseas.
The court listened to a string of text messages between woman and Davies from November 2011, when the teacher asked for the pictures, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
“Are the girls naked?” Davies asked.
“No. Lol,” the mother replied.
“How about on the weekend they do you some more special G-shots?” Davies wrote.
The mother sent Davies some sexually explicit photos of one of her daughters just a half hour later.
“That has made me excited and horny,” Davies responded.
The mother said she stopped sending lewd pictures of her daughters to Davies in 2013, after he was arrested. Davies — who appeared at a separate hearing on Monday — allegedly abused at least 10 of his former students over the past decade.
Dr. Antony Milch, a psychiatrist, testified that the mother was likely blinded by trying to further the dance careers of her young daughters.
“She wanted her daughters’ careers advanced,” Milch said in court.“This was assisted by the sending of the photographs.”
Milch said that he interviewed the girls, who seemed confused that they had done anything wrong.
“(The mother) sent nude photos of me and my sisters to (Davies),” one girl told the doctor.“I don’t think it was wrong because we had to do everything he said.”
The judge revoked the woman’s bail and placed her into custody for the first time since she was arrested last summer. Her sentencing hearing will continue in September.
