WTF!?

Walmart Shoplifter Steals $85 Worth Of Mayonnaise And Leaves Baby

Via Crimefeed reports:

Djuna Marcel Tansmore certainly took her infant niece on a shopping trip to remember. Unfortunately, Tansmore allegely didn’t want to pay for the items in her cart when she tried to leave the store, and that’s where the trouble began.

It all happeneed at a Walmart in Rostraver Township in Pennsylvania. Tansmore was spotted by the store’s loss prevention officer trying to leave the building with approximately $85 in mayonnaise and laundry detergent that she hadn’t paid for sitting in her shopping cart. Tansmore’s one-year-old niece was also sitting in a car seat strapped to that shopping cart. When the loss prevention officer tried to get Tansmore to go back into the store, a struggle over the baby began.

Tansmore grabbed the car seat, apparently forgetting that it was strapped down. The cart teetered back and forth, and when Tansmore shook the thing to try to dislodge it, it almost tipped over. She finally tried to drag the cart behind her as she attempted to leave the store with the baby, but when that didn’t work, she just left the child behind. The baby’s mother and grandmother eventually showed up at the store to claim the infant, who was not injured in the incident. They also identified Tansmore to authorities, who then arrested the woman near her home.

Tansmore has been charged with recklessly endangering another person, retail theft, and endangering the welfare of children. She was moved to the Westmoreland County Prison after she was unable to make the $10,000 bail. She is due back in court on September 9.

What the hell was she planning to do with all that mayo??
