The Godfather is still not buried as various leaches disgaree on their slice of the pie and now Tomi Rae is coming out saying she wants half of the estate. According to James Brown’s lawyer: “It (the case) will turn on whether she was the spouse. It’s preposterous that she would claim one-half.
