The Most Expensive Food Items In The World

Yesterday we saw 2 Chainz grubbing on a gold burger that cost thousands of dollars. This made us wonder: what other food items are absolutely insanely expensive? We gathered a few and here they are.

Serendipity Burgers $295- These burgers are made with white truffle butter-infused Japanese Wagyu beef, topped with James Montgomery cheddar cheese, black truffles and a fried quail egg.

$666 Burger – 666 Burger has a Kobe beef patty stuffed with foie gras and gold-leaf, covered in caviar, lobster, truffles, Gruyere cheese melted with champagne steam.

The FleurBurger – $5,000 – Wagyu beef and foie gras patty with truffle sauce and shaved black truffles…you get a $2500 bottle of wine with it, so it’s technically just a $2500 burger. So consider it a discount.

The Samundari Khazana – $3,200 – Devon crab, white truffle, Beluga caviar, gold leaf, a Scottish lobster coated in gold, four abalones and four quail eggs. Whoa.

Meat Pie – $14,260, or $1,781 per slice This contains $870 worth of Wagyu beef fillet, Chinese matsutake mushrooms.

Zillion Dollar Frittata – $1,000 – This dish contains 10 ounces of sevruga caviar, one pound of lobster, six eggs, cream and chives.

    Gold Bagel – $1,000 – It’s a bagel. With gold in it.

    Margo’s Pizza – $2,400 – Up to 100 grams of white truffles and gold leaf. On a pizza. Go for it.

    Hot Dog – $196 – Smoked cheese bratwurst is topped with butter teriyaki grilled onions, maitake mushrooms, wagyu beef, foie gras, shaved black truffles, caviar and Japanese mayonnaise, and comes in a brioche bun.

    Most Expensive Sushi – $1,978.15 – Each piece of sushi is wrapped in gold leaf and topped with caviar, three Mikimoto pearls and served with a diamond.

    Strawberries Arnaud – $3.95 Million – The dessert is a basic strawberry dessert, but it comes with a diamond ring. What?

    Pudding – $35,000 – The pudding is made with high-end chocolate, gold leaf, champagne, caviar and a diamond. It’s layered with champagne jelly and laced with edible gold.
