Carmen Ortega Speaks On Jordin Sparks & Jason Derulo’s Breakup

Jason Derulo’s rumored side chick is speaking out on reports that the crooner was with her while dating Jordin Sparks. As previously reported Jason is adamant that infidelity didn’t cause his breakup with the pop singer and released a statement via Instagram.

Carmen Ortega, who Jason is rumored to have cheated on Jordin with, has since released a statement of her own via a popular tabloid.

According to Carmen, she and Jason “dated” for a month and he lied about being in a relationship.

Star magazine reports:

Jason Derulo is a far cry from the happy man he was one year ago when he recorded the romantic ballad “Marry Me” for his then girlfriend Jordin Sparks. The couple split last month after three years together, and while they insist there is no bad blood, Star can reveal the real reason behind their breakup: Jason’s chronic cheating!

The “Talk Dirty” singer, who gushed about Jordin as recently as early September, first cheated on her last summer with model Carmen Ortega, who claims in an exclusive Star interview that they met through mutual friends at an L.A. recording studio and quickly began an intimate relationship.

“We dated for a month,” the brunette beauty reveals. “We went out in public with friends a few times, so I assumed he didn’t have a girlfriend.”

When Carmen realized that Jason was publicly dating the American Idol winner, she called things off. “I cut ties with him immediately,” she says. “He tried telling me their relationship was strictly fueled by management teams. He lied to me the entire time.”

SMH @ Jason. Of course he screwed over the good girl for someone whose “dated” Reggie Bush and Lebron James while they were in relationships.
