Parents Outraged After Bus Driver Calls Kids The N-Word With Consequence
A group of parents are rightfully furious at a Mississipi elementary school after learning that a bus driver who was heard calling students “n*****s” has yet to be punished.
A Mississippi chapter of the NAACP is calling for the removal of a Moss Point school bus driver after he allegedly screamed a racial slur at children on Monday, gulflive.com reported Wednesday (Nov. 19). Moss Point-Jackson County NAACP President Curley Clark said the incident occurred on a bus carrying elementary school-age children, according to the story.
The white male bus driver “was shouting at some students, and he screamed something to the effect of ‘N—– sit down’ to some kids at the back of the bus,” Clark was quoted in the story as saying.
