Mel B spent some time with her family over the holidays and made sure to share it with the world — probably in hopes of making those ugly rumors that her hubby Stephen Belafonte put his paws on her a week or so back.

We’re just glad she’s doing better. There were reports she was hospitalized for an overdose. Things were definitely sounding all bad.
