Is Alexandra Shipp Playing Daria???
A rumor is currently circulating on Twitter that MTV is preparing to bring their vintage animated series “Daria” to the bring screen with a black woman as the lead.
On Saturday a tweet started circulating claiming that Alexandra Shipp who played “Aaliyah” (in that horrible azz) Lifetime movie, would be slipping on some glasses to play the classically ornery character.
Twitter has since gone CRAZY with excitement over the news.
….but not so fast is this juicy rumor really true????
