High School Student Brutally Beaten For Passing Gas Near Classmate
Be aware, azz gas can and will get you touched!
A Staten Island high school student is accused of bashing a classmate in the head with a metal stool for farting as he walked by her desk, a law-enforcement source said.
The attack left the alleged wind-breaker with a bloody gash that required eight staples to close, the source said.
The 15-year-old victim allegedly passed gas near Joquasha Rosado, 17, in a classroom at South Richmond High School on Hylan Boulevard on Jan. 5 shortly after 3 p.m., a law enforcement source said.
A fuming Rosado attacked the teen soon after as he worked on a computer and punched him as many as 15 times in the head before slamming him in the noggin with the metal stool, according to the source and the criminal complaint.
The victim, who later claimed the flatulence was accidental, was rushed to Staten Island University Medical Center South.
Rosado was arrested at the scene and released on her own recognizance after she was arraigned in Richmond County Criminal Court on felony assault, weapons possession, and harassment charges.
