Five years after acquiring the Brooklyn Nets sports team, Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov has announced he is selling the basketball team. ESPN reports, Prokhorov retained Evercore Partners to sell the sports franchise and they will gather potential bids at the end of this month. Bloomberg News reveals the Russian economy has been struggling and may be the reason why Prokhorov has decided to sell.
