Did Phylicia Rashad Diss The Cosby Accusers At The BET Honors?

Phylicia Rashad was the topic of discussion during last night’s BET Honors after several people speculated that she threw some shade at the Cosby accusers.

While accepting her speech from Diahann Carroll for her stellar work in particular as Claire Huxtable on “The Cosby Show”, Rashad made some remarks that made several people raise their eyebrows.

“Legacy is important, don’t let it go. Don’t give it up,” said Phylicia.”

If you can remember Phylicia made similar comments about the gaggle of women who’ve accused Bill Cosby of rape when she spoke out to defend her friend/costar in January.

“Forget these women,” said Rashad. “What you’re seeing is the destruction of a legacy. And I think it’s orchestrated. I don’t know why or who’s doing it, but it’s the legacy. And it’s a legacy that is so important to the culture.”

So was she defending Bill once again????
