Have Taraji P. Henson & Terrence Howard Hooked Up?
As “Empire” continues to grow in ratings the two leads are getting more and more and more press. This week Terrence Howard, Taraji P. Henson and their “sons”are covering “Entertainment Weekly” to dish on their popular Lee Daniels program.
After Taraji revealed to the mag that she only wanted Terrence to play her costar Lucious Lyon…
“I just knew it had to be him,” she said. “When I read the script, I was like, ‘This is that deep love that you can’t explain, that you just see, and Terrence and I have that for each other.”
Terrence spoke candidly about their history particularly on the set of “Hustle and Flow” where he says ALL of his female co-leads wanted to smash him….
“When I was doing Hustle & Flow, I was like, ‘I know I’m playing this character right if all my female co-leads want to sleep with me…”
Hmmmm….but did Taraji??? It’s obvious that the two have chemistry especially when they’re doing those Lucious/Cookie sex scenes.

According to Lucious, he and Taraji have a strictly platonic relationship.
“We’re like father and daughter, mother and son, brother and sister,” he said. “We’ve never been lovers. When I was doing Hustle & Flow, I was like, ‘I know I’m playing this character right if all my female co-leads want to sleep with me.’ Taraji was the only one that didn’t want to.”
This really isn’t surprising. We all know Terrence has a——type.
