Man Removed From Louisiana Courtroom For Smearing Feces On His Face

This is pretty disgusting.

According to New Orleans Advocate reports:

A man charged with second-degree murder in the beating death of a Terrytown woman smeared feces on his face Thursday morning during a status hearing in 24th Judicial District Court in Gretna.

Bryan Schwartz, 27, of Henderson, Kentucky, apparently got a handful of his own feces while in court just before 10 a.m. and began rubbing it on his face. One person said he could be heard at one point saying, “Life is like a box of chocolates,” a line from the movie “Forrest Gump.”

Schwartz was quickly escorted out of Judge Henry Sullivan’s courtroom.

It is not clear whether Schwartz is mentally ill or wanted to appear mentally ill, or what kind of punishment he could incur for his actions.

Schwartz and co-defendant Misty Eiermann, 34, are accused of beating Eiermann’s mother to death in Terrytown in September. They also are accused of obstruction of justice and burglary.

We’re gonna take a wild guess and say he is looking to use an insanity defense.
