Darrell and Patrina are struggling with their sexual frequency. Darrell physically needs to orgasm frequently or it causes him pain and while they still have sex twice a day, Patrina would prefer it happens four times a week. Patrina, however, throws a bit of a curveball into their ten year relationship…
