Baltimore is burning. It’s residents are angry, saddened, and fatigued from the ongoing history of neglect and oppression that they have suffered at the hands of the police and their elected city officials.

The show that helped elevate Baltimore to pop culture prominence is universally recognized as HBO’s cult-classic crime drama, The Wire. The town’s physical infrastructure was such an integral part of the show that we decided to see what the actors who played our favorite characters had to say about the city they love.
