Ex Atlanta Falcon Osi Umenyiora Puts $3 Million Suburban Atlanta Home

Although his two-year contract with the Atlanta Falcons ended, there’s no word yet where the 33-year-old defensive end will wind up. However, rumor has it the two-time Super Bowl champion is looking to move back to the Empire State. He began his sack-tastic career with the New York Giants in 2003—but will he be back in blue for the 2015 season?

Only time will tell. But the recent listing of his $3 million mansion in Sandy Springs, GA, might offer a clue.

The six-bedroom home sits on nearly an acre of wooded land, but its true magnificence is found in its modern (yet medieval-themed) interiors, where cathedral ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows take a back seat to the mansion’s other extravagant flourishes.

Each room holds a surprise indulgence: the wood-paneled library with a box-beam ceiling, the chandelier-topped wine cellar, and the black-walled bedroom with a lofted office. There’s a private screening room (one of several!) directly off the master bedroom, as well as his-and-her custom bathrooms.

Speaking of bathrooms, they are all about luxury, with stone floors and windowed walls. In one, a chandelier hangs from the center of a dome supported by doric columns. Yet, the marble tub beneath the chandelier dominates the room.

Flip it over a few times to see how Osi was living.
