Unless you’ve been living under a rock then you’ve heard there’s a new green-haired viral video sensation on the scene.

Courtney Barnes has been viewed over 2 million times via a Jackson, Mississippi news video detailing an accident he witnessed while going to get a “piece of a burger.”

Hilarious memes and videos have since popped up…

and people like Nicki Minaj just can’t stop talking about this new internet sensation…

So who is he???

Here are some facts we know about Courtney Barnes….

He was a contestant on “So You Think You Can Dance”

Courtney competed on “SYTYCD” multiple times and was a BEAST.

He reported live from the scene of the accident on IG

Before the news arrived on the scene of that accident he witnessed, Courtney was already reporting live on IG.

He has a warrant out for his arrest

Courtney is wanted for shoplifting and has $1,600 in fines from unpaid tickets.

Fox10 reports:

The man, who just yesterday became the Internet’s newest viral star, is wanted for shoplifting and has a warrant out for his arrest.
Ridgeland police say Courtney Barnes has just over $1600 worth of fines, mainly traffic violations.

We’re told he will also have to deal with a contempt of court charge for letting the fines stack up.

Ridgeland police say that they would like for Barnes to come in and pay the fines as soon as possible.

He is also accused of stealing merchandise from Swell-O-Phonic in Fondren.

We spoke with a manager who says that Barnes stole a Van’s bucket hat just over a month ago. She also says he has been known for shoplifting in the area.

The manager tells us that they have filed a police report.

He’s since responded via an IG video.
