2 Chainz Said Christine Chisholm’s Suit Is Full Of Holes; Wants It Dismissed
2 Chainz is blasting the “THOT” who filed a $5 million lawsuit against him accusing him of ruining her life – with the rapper calling the entire case nonsense and demanding it be thrown out of court.
Christine Chisholm filed the $5 million defamation lawsuit against the rapper last month, claiming a video he made of her where he repeatedly refers to her as a “thot” has caused her irreparable harm. The rapper posted the video online and has been viewed over 10 million times.
Chisholm explained she was invited backstage at 2 Chainz concert back in May 2014 by one of the rappers friends.
Chisholm claims that the video has caused her harassment and abuse in public, ruined her reputation and it caused her boss to fire her from the barber shop.
Then on July 14th, 2 Chainz fired back at Chisholm’s “thot” suit. The rapper explains that the woman can’t sue him for defamation due to the statue of limitations, meaning she filed her lawsuit too late to claim he ruined her good reputation because the video was filmed over a year ago.
Further, he says he only called her a “thot” he didn’t accuse her of being a criminal, comment on her business or career or claim she had a disease of any kind. He says that “thot” is not a fact but rather an opinion and he can’t be sued for his alleged opinion.
This month, we revealed that Chisholm has a rap sheet a mile long for crimes like drunk driving, trespass, assaulting a bus driver and going to the bathroom in public.
2 Chainz says there is no way the woman can prove he caused her extreme emotional distress by his one word. He is demanding the entire $5 million lawsuit be thrown out and the woman be awarded NOTHING.
