Florida Man Shoots Stepdaughter’s Boyfriend In The Face

A Florida man allegedly shot his stepdaughter’s 16-year-old boyfriend in the face ‘because he didn’t like him’.

Alvin Knight, 50, was arrested, charged with aggravated battery with a firearm and taken to the Orange County Jail following yesterday’s shocking incident.

According to detectives, his teenage victim arrived at the house in Apopka just before 4pm and was met by Knight and a friend at the door. Both the men were armed with shotguns.

Deputies say the teenage boy, who hasn’t been identified, pulled Knight’s gun towards his face – telling him he wasn’t scared of him.

Knight allegedly pulled the trigger – with the shot luckily only grazing the teenager’s face.

According to court records, Knight has a criminal history that includes convictions for burglary, assault, drug offenses and driving violations, reports the Orlando Sentinel.

Police said Knight and the victim are known not to like each other.
