Taylor Swift Apologizes To Nicki Minaj For Tweets

On Thursday, after Taylor Swift got her first taste of what it feels like to be on the wrong side of the Internet for half a second, the pop star apologized for starting drama with Nicki Minaj over Twitter on Tuesday.

Via HuffPo:

Swift thought Minaj’s beef with MTV was somehow directed at her after the rapper took issue with the fact that “Anaconda” failed to garner nominations for Video of the Year and in the professional category of Best Choreography. Minaj responded by retweeting a fan who wrote, “@taylorswift13 stop using ‘support all girls’ as an excuse to not be critical of racist media that benefits and glorifies you.”

Nicki called out the VMAs for celebrating certain artists and ignoring Black artists:

She added…

Taylor reacted thinking that Nicki was dissing her:

Nicki later went onto clarify her comments while Taylor was lost in her white privilege. Hit the flip to peep what Taylor has to say now after understanding the severity of Nicki’s comments…
