Really my guy????
The Chicago Tribune reports:

An Uptown man stole a suitcase Tuesday morning containing $68,000 worth of wigs for cancer patients from a baggage claim area at O’Hare International Airport, authorities said.

Noel Fulgencio, 35, was charged with one felony count of theft, according to a news release from the Chicago Police Department. He was ordered held in lieu of $900,000 bail in a Cook County Bond Court hearing midday Saturday.

Fulgencio was identified as the person who removed a suitcase from a baggage claim area at O’Hare around 9 a.m. Tuesday, police said.

The suitcase contained property valued at over $90,000, according to the release.

Police said the stolen suitcase contained human hair wigs for cancer patients. The suitcase contained 49 wigs, worth about $68,000, and other property, including a pair of Michael Kors shoes, several metal bracelets and clothing, according to a police report.

Officials arrested Fulgencio in the 3000 block of West Lawrence Avenue around 2:15 p.m. Friday.

The suitcase belongs to a Flushing, N.Y. woman, according to court documents.

Police officers found the suitcase and were able to recover its contents.

Fulgencio lives in the 4800 block of North Magnolia Avenue, police said.
