Trick Daddy’s Home In Foreclosure; Owes $300K To IRS
Trick Daddy appears to have filed for bankruptcy as a last ditch attempt to save his South Florida home from foreclosure, BOSSIP has learned.
Trick, real name Maurice Young, filed for bankruptcy Aug. 18, about a month after a Broward County Circuit Court judge ruled he defaulted on paying the mortgage on his $400,000 Miramar, Fl. home.
Chase Bank, which holds the mortgage on Trick’s house, said in court papers that he owes $280,000 and hasn’t made payments since November 2012.
Trick’s bankruptcy filing revealed the IRS slapped him with a federal tax lien for the $290,000 he owes Uncle Sam. He also is on the hook for $57,000 in child support in two separate cases.
