Judge Denies Nia Guzman’s Motion To Move Chris Brown Custody Case To California

The Houston judge just awarded Chris Brown 50/50 joint custody of his daughter Royalty. The child’s mother, Nia Guzman, wanted to deny C. Breezy all custodial rights and strict supervised visits. Ya honor wasn’t hearing it and ruled that Chris would take Royalty home today and would take her back and forth to Nia’s house every 4 days according to TMZ.

Guess Nia’s get-rich-quick scheme didn’t work out so well.

Poor thang…

As reported earlier today…

“No, no noooo! Not today!” said a Houston judge presiding over the child custody case between Chris Brown and baby mama Nia Guzman.

According to a TMZ report, Nia is looking to get the case transferred to California, where she now lives, in order to have the best chance at getting her child support raised from $2,500 to $15,000. California is long-known for having generous gavel handlers who are more than willing to give baby mama’s exorbitant amount of cash to “care for” their children.

Chris Brown’s lawyers opposed the move and the judge agreed. Now the only thing left to rule on is the custody agreement and a gag order that Chris wants stuffed into Nia’s mouth so she’ll STFU already.

If you’re keeping score at home, it’s 1-0, Breezy.

Chris took to Instagram to clap back at reports that he didn’t even show up to the hearing. Flip it over to see what he had to say…
