Momma Dee Let Off The Hook In Dine And Dash Case

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s Momma Dee won’t face criminal charges in connection to her alleged dine and dash after her birthday party in Milwaukee over the weekend, BOSSIP has learned.

Momma Dee, real name Deborah Roberts, was arrested around 1 a.m. Saturday after staff at Elsa’s On The Park complained she tried to skip out on a $500 bill. She and a group of friends had been out celebrating her 52nd birthday. She was arrested and jailed on a complaint of “fraud on an innkeeper,” and posted $250 bail later that day, according to Milwaukee Police.

But BOSSIP can reveal that the Milwaukee District Attorney’s Office reviewed the case on Sunday, the day after Momma Dee’s arrest, and have decided not to charge her with a crime. The DA’s office told BOSSIP that its office did examine the case but wouldn’t be issuing charges.

It’s not clear why the DA’s office opted not to pursue the case, and we’ve asked them for additional comment. But Momma Dee has said all along that the whole situation was a misunderstanding. She said went to the bathroom, and when she came back, the managers and police accused her of leaving without paying.
