Port. St. Lucie Woman Accused Of Sex With Minor

A Florida woman is in police custody after authorities say she preyed on her daughter’s 15-year-old ex-boyfriend, even having sex with him 7 times in one night.

The victim told authorities that they once had sex on a slide at a Girl Scout Park and at one point she told him she was pregnant.

A woman from Port St. Lucie is accused of having sex with her daughter’s teenage ex-boyfriend.

Police arrested Heather Phillips on two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior with a victim under the age of 16.

The details of the encounters are graphic.

According to the police report, the 15-year-old boy told detectives he’s been having a sexual relationship with Phillips since mid-August, about two months after he and his girlfriend broke up.

The boy told detectives they had sex on a slide at Girl Scout Park, and that she forced him to do it after he told her he didn’t want to have sex with her.

The teen even said they had unprotected sex seven times on the night of Sept. 6.

The teen said he and Phillips communicated through a social media app called ooVoo and that she said she was pregnant.

Phillips, confronted by officers at La Petite Academy where she worked, initially denied having sex with the teen.

But after further questioning, she admitted to having sex with her daughter’s ex-boyfriend.

Phillips said the comment about being pregnant was a joke.
