Beyoncé And Jay Z Sign Lease On $45 Million Holmby Hills Home

Beyoncé and Jay Z were forced from the $45 million Holmby Hills home that they were renting after receiving notice that the house had been sold, but it looks like they landed on their feet pretty nicely.
According to a TMZ report, the Carters have just inked a 1-year lease on another $45 million abode that was formerly owned by ex L.A. Dodgers owner Frank McCourt.
The house is 20,000 square feet 5 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms, an Olympic size swimming pool, a gourmet kitchen and a spa & steam room.
