BOSSIP Exclusive: Yung Berg Defaults In $100K Child Support Case

Former Reality Star Didn’t Turn Up For Oct. 19 Hearing

Rapper Yung Berg has been found responsible for nearly $100,000 in back child support by default after he didn’t turn up for his court hearing on the case.

A DuPage County Il. civil court judge slapped the ex-reality star with a $99,386.75 back child support judgment after neither he, nor a lawyer showed up for their Oct. 19 court date against his son’s mother Brandy Flint.
“He’s in default – what can he say?” Flint said. “He blatantly ignored the court order. I shouldn’t have had to go after him.”

Flint served Berg – real name Christian Ward – with the summons for the hearing earlier this month in Manhattan Criminal Court when he took a plea deal for assaulting ex-girlfriend Masika Tucker.

The one time Love & Hip Hop Hollywood star will also likely have his child support upped from the $700 a month he’s supposed to be paying to reflect his income today, Flint told BOSSIP.
“We’ll see what the judge says,” Flint said. “The only person hurting at the end of the day is the child.”
