Remember when Dutchess looked at a her own space in North Carolina to build a tattoo studio?

Dutchess’ plan to run a business in a different state caused friction in the relationship because Ceaser refused the idea of leaving Harlem. It looks like she stayed true to her dream and followed through last night. She hosted a grand-opening complete with a Soul Train line.
