Then on September 16th, after months of attempting to get the woman’s lawsuit dismissed on technicalities, Beasley finally responded to the allegations in the complaint.

The NBA star admitted that two women came over to the home he was staying at back in 2013.

However, he denied all the allegations that he raped, sexually assaulted or falsely imprisoned her at the home in Arizona.

Beasley then stated that Manning, “consented to all activities engaged in between” the two of them. He demanded the entire lawsuit be thrown out and the woman pay his attorney bills.

Then on November 18th, despite Beasley’s claims that everything was consensual docs were filed in the case explaining the NBA star and Manning are close to reaching a settlement in the case. The filing stated that both parties lawyers have been in talks about a financial deal to make the whole case go away.

According to the docs, the woman has proposed a deal and Beasley is expected to meet with her to go over the details of what he is willing to offer.
