Texas Woman Slept With Husband’s Underage Nephew For 2 Year Period

According to KHOU reports:

A woman has been arrested and charged with sexual assault eight years after she allegedly sexually abused her former nephew.

The woman, identified as Peggy Phillips, 43, is charged with sexual assault of a child after she allegedly had sex with her former nephew on several occasions between 2007 and 2009 when he was 15 to 16 years old, according to court documents.

Court documents state the first incident occurred when the woman sexually assaulted the teen while he was in the hospital. Police say the relationship continued after the boy moved in with his aunt and uncle in Pasadena from South Carolina. Court documents state the boy had sex with the woman “hundreds of times after that inside the house.”

The teen’s uncle said he took the boy into his home because he was in “a bad situation in South Carolina,” but everything “went south” about two weeks after he moved in during the summer of 2008. The woman also allegedly sent inappropriate photos and text messages to the teen.

Phillips is being held on a $30,000 bond.

Well it was gross enough that he was just 15 when she was 35, but we’re glad she was only his aunt by marriage. How much time do you think she should get?
