We were being snarky on the initial report…We will admit that:
The first suspect named and arrested in a mass shooting in the Ninth Ward area of New Orleans was cleared of his charges and released after surveillance video showed him being in Texas at the time of the shooting.
The mother was not lying about him “shopping.”
