Lamar Odom Still Having Major Issues In His Recovery Following Overdose

According to E! Online, Lamar Odom is still a long way from being the man we once knew him as.

“He’s not doing great,” the source says. “His speech is still slurred and he can barely walk on his own yet. He forgets a lot of people’s names — sometimes even his own. He definitely has some memory loss.”

When asked about Lamar’s interactions with her in the days following his overdose, Khloe Kardashian says she’s not sure if he even understands what has happened to him.

“I don’t know if he can right now,” Khloe candidly responded when asked if Lamar has been able to show her gratitude for sticking close to his side. “Like, I don’t know if he fully understands everything, but I know he is grateful… and I’m not doing it for validation. I’m not doing it to get praise back.”

“He’s doing better every day, for sure, which is a blessing, but it’s going to be a long road and he has to walk that road,” Khloe also stressed to ET last month. “It’s going to be a long time.”

It didn’t have to be like this for Lamar. Hopefully there is a fully recovery in his future.
