Rapper Hits Back At Son’s Mother Attempt To Increase Child Support

Rick Ross has claimed that the mother of his son has turned their boy against him – keeping him away from his father and trash talking Ross around the child.

That’s according to new docs Ross filed in response to his baby mama Tia Kemp’s lawsuit to up child support from $2,800 a month to $20,000.

Kemp “has prohibited the minor child from visiting with Respondent and engaged in acts of parental alienation as to impede on the minor child’s ability to fully experience a life or parenting time with the Respondent,” Ross wrote in court docs obtained by BOSSIP.

Ross said that Kemp won’t meet him halfway when it comes to visiting the boy: she’s refused to hand him over to Ross even though she knows he’s under house arrest in Georgia as he fights charges that he beat and kidnapped his gardener.

Ross “asserts that the petitioner has engaged in behaviors to prohibit the minor child from visiting and partaking in the lifestyle of the Respondent,” Ross wrote in the Dec. 18 filing in Broward County Circuit Court.
