A 21-year-old gunman was shot and killed after accidentally discharging a weapon in a Tennessee home, striking a 13-year-old girl holding a baby, according to a local report.
A bullet from the misfired weapon burst through the floor at the Memphis apartment and critically wounded the teenager at around 7:15 p.m. Monday. The bullet also grazed the 12-week-old baby, the Commercial Appeal reported.
A person who heard the shot rushed upstairs and gunned down the fleeing shooter.
The baby was hospitalized in stable condition.
What an ugly scene. 2 lives lost over what? The irresponsible handling of gun. SMH.
