Georgia Uber Driver Charged With Raping Woman In Her Home

John Kamens, an Uber driver around the Athens, Georgia area, has been charge with aggravated sodomy and first degree burgulary after breaking into a woman passenger’s home and raping her. According to the NY Daily News, John Kamens, 49, returned to the woman’s Athens house at midnight, broke in and attacked her in a terrifying assault.

The woman called police to tell them she had been attacked by her Uber driver, and authorities then tracked down and arrested Kamens. After contacting Uber, they told police that Kamens was permanently banned from using their service, and their thoughts and prayers are with the victim.

SMH, be careful when you Uber ladies.
