Rapper Hasn’t Paid His Housing Association

Waka Flocka is accused of refusing to pay up nearly $20,000 in bills for his Georgia home – and now the housing association he screwed over has hit the rapper with a lien demanding he pay up ASAP.

The Eagle’s Landing Property Owners Association slapped the rapper with a statutory lien Dec. 16th.

The lien accused Waka of refusing to pay up on $19,842.95 in unpaid assessments and charges owed to the association.

Waka purchased the seven-bedroom, five-bathroom 3,960 sq. ft. home – located in McDonough, Ga. – for nearly $400,000 back in 2011.

The lien was filed against the rapper’s home, which means if it’s sold they get the money owed to them before Waka sees a dime. The association is also demanding late fees, penalties costs and attorney fees for having to bring this against Waka.
