Taylor Swift Blasts Kanye West During Grammy Speech

Looks like that ancient Kanye/Taylor beef is officially back on. Taylor Swift never took kindly to Kanye West claiming he “made that b*tch famous” on his new album — despite the fact that Kanye says Taylor was totally aware the line was placed in the song, and the whole thing is actually based on a joke she herself made over dinner one night.

Taylor won Album of the Year at the Grammy Awards earlier this evening and Kanye wasn’t in the room…so naturally she saw this as a golden opportunity to slam ‘Ye and make sure everyone knows that the infamous “I’ma let you finish” incident has nothing to do with her success:

“As the first woman to win Album of the Year at the Grammys twice, I want to say to all the young women out there: there are going to be people along the way that will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame, but if you just focus on the work and you don’t let those people sidetrack you, someday when you get where you’re going you will look around and you will know that it was you and the people who love you who put you there and that will be the greatest feeling in the world. Thank you for this moment.”

Welp…we smell another angsty victim pop jam on the way about Taylor’s many trials and tribulations caused by some man. Only this time unnamed subject of the song will be — once again — Kanye.
