On Sunday, Kanye was scheduled to headline the Governors Ball music festival in NYC, but the event was canceled due to bad weather. So Kanye tried to make up for the cancellation by performing a pop up show outside Webster Hall in NYC. But the event caused a “near riot” and because of safety concerns, Kanye wasn’t able to perform.
