Hillary Chooses Senator Tim Kaine As Her VP

After all of the media debates about Hillary Clinton’s starting lineup, she has finally put the chatter to rest and chosen Senator Tim Kaine as her running mate and Vice Presidential hopeful. Kaine is a former Virginia Governor and currently serves on the Armed Forces and Foreign Relations Committees. Shortly after announcing her choice, Hillary tweeted:

According to CNBC, the Republican National Committee chairman Reince Priebus had this to say, “”Ultimately this is a ticket that represents one thing: four more years like the last eight, just with more corruption and scandal,” he added. “A Clinton-Kaine administration will push our country further down the path President Obama has led us on and that has made us less safe, less prosperous, and less free.”

Tim is already making his first public appearance with Clinton in Miami this Saturday. He opened his speech in fluent Spanish. Supporters are already touting his strong stance on gun control and refusal to back down to the NRA.
