Judge Orders Amira Ayeb To Stay Away From Chris Brown

The college student who Chris Brown found naked in his bed after she broke in while he was out of town has received a slap on the wrist for the crime, BOSSIP has learned.

An LA County Superior Court judge recently sentenced Amira Ayeb to two years probation after she pled “no contest” to two counts of misdemeanor burglary and vandalism. Ayeb was also ordered to stay away from Chris Brown for two years, according to a spokeswoman from the LA County District Attorney’s Office.

Ayeb was initially facing felony stalking, burglary and malicious mischief charges after she allegedly took the bus to Los Angeles from Texas last May, broke into Brown’s home and stayed for a week, but not before trashing the place. Brown later said he’d caught Ayeb nude in his bed and cops said she scrawled “Mrs. Brown” and “I Love You” on the singer’s countertops.

Fears for the troubled fan’s mental health were raised after she spent part of last summer refusing to leave her jail cell to attend court hearings. BOSSIP learned that the woman also posted a series of herself singing incoherently on Youtube, and a friend of the Ivory Coast native told us that she became mentally ill after nursing an addiction to super-strong marijuana.

But Ayeb apparently turned a corner after a judge ordered her to get mental health treatment. She was deemed fit to stand trial, and the case would have moved forward if not for her plea. Ayeb is due back in court early next year.

We’ve reached out to Ayeb’s lawyer, Zulu Ali, and Brown’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, for comment.
