Cierra Jackson is Miss D.C. and she rocked her natural hair. However she was advised not to go natural for the Miss America pageant. She ignored that advice and rocked natural hair for Miss America and still won the bathing suit competition. She feel short of winning the whole thing but she still represented and didn’t change her look for anyone. Represent, Miss Jackson. We’re proud of you.
