Rapper Performed At Jack Honey’s Music & Art Show
Scarface headlined a secret concert in NYC that celebrated upcoming urban artists and hip hop culture.
The Texas rapper performed a secret show Oct. 29 at Terminal 5 in New York City as part of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey’s Arts, Beats and Lyrics, a traveling music and art gallery that shows off artwork influenced by the hip hip experience.
The head of the Face Mob performed an hour and a half set to a packed house, paid tribute to Tupac with their song, “Smile,” and lamented how hip hop had morphed from his heyday with the Geto Boys.
“I’m like Nas, one of those stuck in the 90s n****s,” Scarface told the audience. “Real s**t, it seems like she went somewhere else dude, like how could she leave us?”
