Beyonce Snags 9 Grammy Noms & Makes History

Queen Bey came thru, stopped the world (again) and made history with her wig-melting game-changer Lemonade that very likely will win ALL THE GRAMMYS in February. With 9 nods, she becomes the most nominated artist EVER who snatched Country and Rock from salty white people in 2016 like only she can.

The people’s champ Chance the Rapper also made history with his stream-only smash Coloring Book that racked up 7 nods. Drake and Rihanna snagged 8 nods each with Adele rolling out of bed with 5 (for a hit album people forgot happened).

Oh, and MYA is nominated for Best R&B album (no, seriously) if you’re wondering why everyone is talking about Mya on a random Tuesday in 2016.

The 59th Annual GRAMMY Awards air Sunday February 12, 2017.
