Allen Iverson is probably one of the strongest basketball players to ever grace an NBA court, but not because he spent hours in the gym preparing his body for battle. AI stands at MAYBE 6-feet tall and weighs just shy of 170 pounds. Small dude.
Many NBA players come into the league that size, but gradually get bigger as they hit the weight room to bulk up. Iverson wasn’t into it. When asked why, he replied:
