Roc-A-Fella Logo Designer Sues Beyoncé For Alleged “Drunk In Love” Infringement

Everybody litigates Beyoncé.

According to TMZ, the man who owns the rights to Jay Z’s Roc-A-Fella Records logo wants to take a bite outta Bey-Bey for her use of the iconic symbol.

Dwayne Walker is claiming that Mrs. Carter never asked for express permission to use the logo and Jay Z being her husband isn’t a pass.

Walker says his work is prominently displayed in the music clip, but the only place you see it s on Jay Z’s chain, guess for him that’s plenty.

Although Hov isn’t named in this particular lawsuit, Walker did lose separate $7 million lawsuit against the rapper back in September.

Good try, guy.
